- All head setting parameters can be made via the touchscreen display e.g. temp / melt and fusion times + weld configuration / style + teflon replacement settings + diagnostics programme
- Welds corner, transom/mullion and cruciforms on all heads
- Automatic, self-centring 'pop up/down' transom/mullion alignment buttons - eliminating the need to use setting triangle plate
- Automatic 'pop up/down' tooling post for fast and easy contour support block changeovers
- All weld heads have drop down, height adjustable, frame support arms
- Back fences - select up to 8 individual profile depths, pre-set via the thumb turn barrel stops. Once selected, wind the handwheel to the selected stop
- PID heat control system - constantly monitoring optimum temp to ensure max weld strength
- Footprint - 4,140 w x 1,000 d x 2,250 h.
