The Elumatec AS70 is a very popular single head router.According to the Elumatec website the machine has the following capabilites:
- Variable use for processing aluminium and upvc profiles
- Precise routing with minimum of effort, simple two hand operation
- Copy routing 1:1 ratio therefore easy transfer of the routing pattern from a template onto the profile
- Your own template can be produced (copying the template pattern on a raw template)
- Possibility of copy routing after stops (only rectangular routing patterns)
- Pneumatic material clamping
- Manual triple stepped copy finger for different cutter diameter

At the moment, the machine is set up for uPVC routing.
However for an extra £100 we can fit a spray mist to the machine for aluminium routing.
